Tracking incoming messages
Click Wait Until Event
Click Create New
Enter the API Name
Copy the Event Definition Key
Click Data Extension
Click MogliCallbackTracking
Click Add Wait Event
Paste Event Definition Key into the Configure wait event field
Select the tracking option based on how you want to measure engagement.
Contact Clicks Link in Message tracks URL clicks.
Contact Replies to Message if you want the wait event to continue until the contact sends a reply.
Click "Save"
