Scheduling and Activation
Set the Schedule
Click on the Schedule tile in the Entry Source section.
Choose Run Once, Recurring, or Automation depending on your needs.
Select Contact Re-entry Mode
Choose the setting that best fits your communication goal:
No re-entry: Use this for one-time communications, such as a "Welcome" series or a specific account verification. This ensures a contact never receives the same journey twice.
Re-entry anytime: Use this for transactional or recurring needs, such as order confirmations or "Request Info" forms. This allows a contact to enter the journey again even if they haven't finished their previous path.
Re-entry only after exiting: Use this for repetitive promotional cycles, like a monthly newsletter or a renewal reminder. This ensures the contact fully completes the current message sequence before they are eligible to start it again.
Note: For most Mogli SMS alerts triggered by specific customer actions, Re-entry anytime is the most common choice to ensure no messages are missed if a user performs an action twice in short succession.
Validate the Journey
Click the Validate button in the top toolbar to check for errors in the configuration or entry source.
Optionally, You can use the Test button to send a sample message to a test record to ensure merge fields and delivery are working correctly.
Activate
Once validation is successful, click Activate.
Your journey is now live and will begin processing records based on your schedule.
