Using Templates

Prev Next

Using templates in Mogli for Marketing Cloud transforms your SMS strategy from a manual chore into a streamlined, scalable process. Essentially, it allows you to build pre-approved messaging frameworks that ensure brand consistency while drastically reducing the time spent on campaign execution.

How it Works

Instead of drafting messages from scratch for every send, you leverage a central library of templates. The process integrates directly with your Marketing Cloud data to automate the heavy lifting:

  • Smart Personalization: You can insert merge fields that pull data directly from your contact records, ensuring every recipient receives a message that feels one-to-one rather than one-to-many.

  • Dynamic Media: Beyond simple text, templates support media attachments (MMS), allowing you to standardize visual content like QR codes, promotional banners, or instructional images across your campaigns.

  • Operational Efficiency: By selecting a pre-configured template, you eliminate the risk of typos or off-brand messaging, making it easy to deploy high-impact communications quickly.

Ultimately, using templates within Mogli empowers you to focus on the "why" of your marketing strategy while the "how" is handled by a repeatable, optimized workflow.Create a Template
