User Management in Mogli Portal

Any user who wants to use Mogli for message composer in marketing cloud, should be invited and added to the App.mogli.com, a Mogli portal which lets the organization manager to invite their users and give access as required.

Permission Requirement

To invite other users you must be an Org Manager or Org Owner. This can be verified in the users section of app.mogli.com


  1. Click on Add new User in the app.mogli.com portal

  2. Click Add new user

  3. Add the email ID of the new user whom you are inviting and assign the role.

    • Owner: Invite new users, add new users, Performs Oauth with Marketing Cloud. Primary user who will receives any email from Mogli Connected apps to perform actions like re-authorize.

    • Org Manager: Invite new users, add new users, Performs Oauth with marketing cloud.Cannot transfer ownership on user profile.

    • Team Member:

      • View templates, URLs.

      • Cannot view Domains

      • Cannot see and perform user management settings

      • Cannot create/edit new templates and URLs

  4. Toggle the appropriate feature access as needed.

  5. Click Add User.

  6. You will see "User Invited Successfully" Notification.

    • The invited user will receive an email containing an Invite Link. After clicking the link, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to their registered email address, which must be entered to complete the sign-in process.
