Mogli works seamlessly within the Salesforce mobile app. It’s easy to keep conducting your 1:1 Conversations and Bulk sends while you’re on the go.

Conduct a 1:1 Conversation within the Salesforce Mobile App

  1. Download the Salesforce Mobile app for iOS or Android

  2. Navigate to a record of an object upon which Mogli is configured

  3. Scroll down to Conversation View (if you don’t see it, let us know!)

  4. Conduct your conversation. You can choose the Gateway, select an Mogli Template, schedule the message, or attach MMS.

Even though you’re using your personal mobile device to send your message, you’ll be sending messages via the Gateways we’ve configured for you - NOT your personal cell phone number.

Send or Schedule a Bulk Message in the Salesforce Mobile App

  1. From the Salesforce Mobile app, select the Bulk SMS tab

  2. Attach a Campaign or manually add other records by selecting them and clicking the Add button

  3. Use an Mogli Template, Merge Fields, or manually type a message

  4. Select a Gateway.

    1. Keeping the Gateway at -Default- will send the message via the Default Gateway as listed on your recipients’ records.
If there is no Default Gateway populated on their record, the message will be sent via the Global Default Gateway as listed in Mogli Settings

  5. Optionally schedule the message and click Send

Notifications within the Salesforce Mobile App

Push Notifications may be configured with a Mogli Flow, which will trigger a mobile alert to a record owner when important messages arrive.

For more info and how-to’s, see our section on Notifications.
