Mogli for Agentforce Extension is a managed package that takes the power of your Salesforce’s Agentforce Agent and puts it into the hands of your customers, students, and clients by bundling code and flows into Actions that Agentforce can easily leverage.

With this product, customers can have conversations with Agentforce Agents through SMS and WhatsApp. Customers who have enabled Agentforce in their Salesforce org can bring reliable, cost-effective messaging offered by Mogli into any AI workflows within hours.

For flexibility, different features are enabled by purchasing two separate licenses:

This is a license-only add-on available to any client with a Mogli license . It provides an easy-to-use technical backbone to integrate an unlimited number of Agentforce agents to Mogli messaging channels (SMS and Whatsapp) to unlock back-and-forth agentic conversations.

This supports multiple agents and flexible routing scenarios.

Limitations

While our packages offer robust capabilities, there are some limitations to be aware of. Professional service hours may be purchased to enhance the package to meet your specific requirements.

Both Mogli for Agentforce Summary and Mogli for Agentforce Channel

  • Agentforce usage credits are not included Please contact your Salesforce account manager for information on how usage is calculated and your current amount of credits remaining.

  • Agentforce Configuration is not included Please work with your internal Salesforce administrator or SI partner to set up an agent.

  • General Agentforce support is not included Please contact Salesforce technical support for agent functionality and behavior outside of Mogli’s actions.

  • Limited Supported Languages As an Agentforce extension, the functionality is strictly limited to the languages that Salesforce supports for Agentforce. Full list of supported languages.

  • Content of attachments Only the message text is relayed to the Agent. Attachments are not analyzed or processed; therefore, any attached content will not be referenced in the conversation.

  • Mogli Message Segments are not included These are sold separately, please contact your Salesforce account manager.
