The Conversation View Lightning Component can be configured on any Standard or Custom Object in your Salesforce environment, provided the object is set up to have a single designated recipient. Its core purpose is to facilitate and track 1:1 conversations with the individual associated with that specific record.


  1. Settings - allows users to filter the conversation by record, user, and customize text and bubble colors.

  2. Conversation view - displays the last 300 incoming and outgoing SMS and MMS.

  3. Message to send - manually type a message and view your character count and message segment count.

  4. Gateway - Select the active Gateway (outbound phone number) you will send messages from.

  5. Mogli AI- Accesses AI features, including Conversation Summary and Message Recommendation

  6. Select Emoji - Quickly and easily add a wide variety of emojis to their messages, enriching communication and making interactions more expressive.

  7. MMS - Attach media files to your message. Supported files include jpeg, gif, png, pdf, and mp4

  8. Merge Fields - Easily insert any merge field from the current record (e.g., Contact, Lead) or its parent records directly into your 1:1 message for dynamic personalization.

  9. Mogli Templates:  Send fast, pre-configured, and personalized messages without typing. 

  10. Mogli URL: Create and insert custom short URLs into messages. This feature provides personalized click tracking and ensures brand recognition.

  11. Mogli Scheduler: Mogli Scheduler leverages Mogli SMS to allow your users to send their appointment availability via unique, branded links.

Scheduled Message: Schedule a Message for future delivery. If not sending immediately, select the precise date and time the message is to be delivered.
