Prepayment Consumption
Prepayment is funds allocated towards phone number hosting and future messaging costs.
Prepayments are used only for services provided by messaging partners and convenience fees to Mogli as described below:
Standard/Toll-free/Short Code SMS messages (charged per message segment)
Standard/Short Code MMS messages (charged per message segment)
Mogli Voice Outbound Calls (charged per call per minute)
Mogli Inbound Call Forwarding (charged per call per minute)
Non-US/Canada messaging (charged per message segment)
WhatsApp messaging (charged by message per recipient, depending on country and category)
Standard phone number rental (charged per number per month)
10DLC campaign fees (expected to be $2 - $10 per month per campaign - passthrough)
10DLC brand and campaign registration fees (passthrough)
TMobile registration fees (expected to be $50 one time per campaign - passthrough)
Prepaid messaging credit will not expire while a Client is still under contract with Mogli. Messaging prepayments are non-refundable and unused credits will not be returned.
All messaging prepayments from Client to Mogli will incur a $50 convenience fee per transaction to cover the cost of transactions and account maintenance. This fee will be deducted directly from the payment. The remaining amount will be available for messaging-related charges. To reduce fees, clients are encouraged (not required) to prepay for the messages needed for the duration of the contract.
Mogli Voice Consumption
Mogli Voice is a feature that enables you to send text or files as voice calls.
Voice calls are charged per call per minute.
For clients using Prepayments
Outbound voice calls are charged at 2.2 cents per minute.
Inbound voice calls are charged at 2.5 cents per minute.
Mogli Voice consumes Outbound voice minutes.
Call forwarding consumes both Inbound and Outbound voice minutes.
If a call comes into your number and is then forwarded or transferred, you’re billed for both the inbound leg (the original call to your number) and the outbound leg (the forwarded call) for as long as both legs are active.
These charges are drawn from your prepayment total.
For clients using with message segments & Mogli Voice included in their license cost
You have an annual Mogli Voice allotment of 10,000 minutes.
Automated email notifications will be sent when you achieve 25%, 50%, 80%, 90% and 100% of your allowable Mogli Voice consumption
Call forwarding is charged as a set annual license fee and not as a usage charge.
Mogli URL Shortens & Clicks
Mogli URL enables users to create and insert custom short URLs into messages, configure custom domains to ensure brand recognition and SMS carrier compatibility and provide engagement analytics by shortened link clicks. Mogli URL includes 5,000 URL shortens and 100,000 clicks per annual cycle.
Mogli URL Pro provides all the functionality of Mogli URL while also providing personalized click-tracking engagement analytics. Mogli URL Pro includes 10,000 URL shortens and 200,000 clicks per annual cycle.
For either Mogli URL plan, additional bundles of 5,000 URL shortens and 100,000 clicks can be purchased. Once the limit is reached for either category, a new bundle is required to continue use.
What is a URL “Shorten”?
Any time you use the Mogli URL feature to create a new shortened URL, this counts as one (1) shorten activity. Once created, you can reuse a shortened URL as many times as you like.
What is a URL “Click”?
Each time someone clicks on one of your shortened URLs, this sounds as one (1) click activity. This includes clicks for both normal URLS, as well as personalized URLS available with Mogli URL Pro.
Mogli AI Actions
What is Mogli AI?
Mogli AI currently offers two powerful tools:
Conversation Summary: Enables you to quickly catch up on conversation history between your organization and your stakeholders
Message Recommendation: Keeps your conversations moving forward with intelligent response suggestions
Mogli AI Actions
Each time a user runs either Mogli AI offering, one (1) Mogli AI Action is consumed. All Mogli SMS core packages include 1,000 Mogli AI Actions for each Mogli AI tool during each renewal cycle. This limit includes all Mogli AI Actions run from the production instance, as well as any sandboxes.
Organizations can purchase additional top ups of Mogli AI actions in 1k, 5k, 10k, and 20k increments.
Tracking Mogli AI Usage
Once Mogli AI has been enabled for your organization, a set of Mogli AI Eval reports will be available under the Report tab in the 0.0 Mogli SMS folder to track organizational usage.
