About Mogli Scheduler
Mogli Scheduler leverages Mogli Messages to allow your users to send their appointment availability across unique, branded links.
Requirements
Mogli Scheduler requires Blanca Peak (Mogli Version 5.103.1) or higher.
You must have purchased Mogli Scheduler with your Mogli plan to have this enabled. Contact your Mogli Account Manager if you are unsure of your product list.
Getting Started
When you are interested in starting your Scheduler journey, inform your Mogli contact or email help@mogli.com. We will confirm your access, enable the feature, and email you to confirm you can begin the configuration steps below.
Configure Custom Metadata
1 | Navigate to Setup and search for Custom Metadata Types. |

2 | Click Manage Records next to the Mogli Integrated Object. | |
3 | Select the first object and populate the corresponding fields under Mogli Scheduler Parameter Fields. Repeat this step for all objects that will utilize the Scheduler feature. Note: If you are upgrading to v5.103.1, you may need to manually add the Mogli Scheduler Parameter Fields to the Mogli Integrated Object Page Layout. |
Authorize API & Webhook Setup
1 | Authorize Mogli API: Navigate to the Mogli Settings or Application Settings and locate the Mogli API tab to authorize access. Note: You must ensure the Mogli API is authorized for Scheduler to function. |

2 | Set up Webhook: Navigate to the Mogli Scheduler Tab in your Mogli SMS App. Select Get Started. You should see a success message indicating your Webhook is configured. |

3 | An email will be sent to your inbox as an invitation to Mogli Scheduler, click on the invitation link. This will direct you to app.mogli.com and ask you to create a Profile. |

Admin Log In
1 | Follow Prompts to create Username, Password and Profile. External User Id = Salesforce User ID set up for owner automatically Your users will follow other instructions for their ID | |
2 | Set Domain - instructions on how to set a domain will appear. See CNAME Configuration below. You cannot use the same domain as your Mogli URL links https://app.mogli.com/dashboard/domains (example: mogli.com - ‘root’ domain , scheduler.mogli.com - sub domain , scheduler.mogli.com/name - slug) |

3 | Navigate Back to Salesforce Org. Create Tab (Setup > Tabs) > Named: Mogli Domains > New > Record type scheduler > Status = Active If these fields are not visible, you can add them manually from object settings. |

CNAME Configuration
Configure a Custom Domain
A custom domain can be a domain that you have purchased specifically for Mogli Scheduler, or it can be a subdomain of a domain you already own. You will need access to your domain via your domain provider, such as Go Daddy to create two CNAME records.

Migrating from Sandbox to Production
If you've configured Mogli Scheduler in a sandbox and are ready to move to production, follow the Configuration steps above. Please remember that you can only use Scheduler in one instance (Sandbox or Production) at a time.
